Accounts Receivable Associate – Finance 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHP Remote – Philippines (Must reside in Metro Manila)We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing global customer billings, creating and distributing invoices, and supporting collection efforts as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate timely and accurate invoice generation by verifying project milestone completion with Project Managers in accordance with contractual terms.Create service milestone and out-of-pocket/pass-through expense invoices within the ERP system, including appropriate supporting documentation.Submit invoices and supporting files per customer requirements (mail, email, web portals, and distribution lists).Proactively manage and maintain project billing status and related communications to reduce billing backlog.Review new and existing contracts to ensure accurate billing and assess the impact of contractual changes.Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Development to obtain purchase orders and reference numbers for new contracts.Respond to daily invoicing inquiries from Project Teams, researching issues through resolution and coordinating with Contracts and Finance teams as needed.Prepare complete and well-documented invoice backup in line with customer requirements.Recommend credit memos and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.Maintain and update the global customer billing master database.Organize and maintain paperless billing files with all required documentation and communications.Support collection efforts by contacting past-due customers, as assigned.Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.Qualifications & KnowledgeMust reside in the Metro Manila area.Experience working with U.S.-based companies and global customers is required.Global accounts receivable experience strongly preferred.High-volume invoicing experience required.Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation).BA/BS in Business, Accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required.2–4 years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience; industry experience preferred.Strong understanding of billing concepts and experience with billing/accounting systems.NetSuite ERP experience preferred, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.Strong data entry and typing skills.Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
