Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Help clients with change-management activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide after sales service support, maintain contact with client organizations
  • Assist in presales activities such as scoping exercises and product demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Computer Science, Engineering or any business course
  • Professional certification (eg. CPA) is an asset
  • Have done project management or implementation (at least) involving accounting software/systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office tools (including MS Project) and other tools related to the trade (dataloader, SQL, TOAD, etc.)
  • Familiar with the best business practices in various industries
  • Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Can work under pressure and can multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities and excellent research skills
  • Has initiative, attentiveness to details
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • With customer service orientation
  • Team player with pleasing personality
