Sales Coordinator

Responsible in the preparation of proposals required by Sales Engineers;
2. Ensure that all necessary documents in support to the proposal are complete;
3. Assist Sales Personnel in requesting from principals the necessary quotations in support to the proposals being prepared;
4. Receive calls from clients/prospective clients relative to queries and ensure that the same are immediately relayed to concern Sales Personnel;
5. Ensure that proposals are reviewed/edited and approved by VP-Sales and Operations before it is emailed to respective client;
6. Assist Sales Personnel in following up status of proposal/s to respective clients;
7. Responsible in monitoring emails and immediately updates Sales Personnel for any update from the client/s if Purchase Request is received, ensure that the same is logged and immediately endorse to P.O Entry Officer;
8. Ensure that all documents are attached likewise endorse to P.O Entry Officer;
9. Ensure that copies of proposal are filed for future reference;
10. Prepared weekly report as required by VP-Sales and Operations;
11. Responsible in updating the Product Price List on a Monthly, Quarterly and/or Yearlu and submit the same to the VP-Sales and Operations;
12. Ensure that all confidential files and information are secured;
13. Ensure the strict implementation of established Policies and Procedures and other policies that maybe amended or developed;
14. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
