A Sales & Services Coordinator is responsible for handling and coordinating sales-related activities, building and maintaining relationship with clients and providing variety of customer and support services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles rates or service inquiries.
- Handles service requirements of agents and customers.
- Reviews and updates proposals and rate sheets.
- Handles complaints or services irregularities.
- Visits existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing Management, Communications, Customs Administration or any four-year business courses.
- Effective in oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments.
- Proficient in MS Office.
