Job Summary:

The Agency Coordinator supports the collection team by assisting in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining effective communication between team members and management. The coordinator helps monitor performance, facilitate training, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily team schedules and attendance.
  • Support the distribution and allocation of collection cases among team members.
  • Help track and report on team performance metrics.
  • Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, collection laws, and procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing call quality and providing feedback.
  • Communicate with team members and management to resolve operational issues.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and strategies.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to team activities ,QA and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient collection operations.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
  • Basic knowledge of collection processes and compliance policies preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data reporting tools.
