About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining detailed records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations for our clients
  • Conduct research and gather relevant financial information to support the planning process
  • Liaise with clients to answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices
