1. Education:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer or a recent graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering.
  • Passing the board exam is a plus, but not required if trainable and competent.

2. Technical Foundation:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and standards.
  • Familiar with reading electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and willing to learn software tools for estimating or quality checking.

3. Work Traits:

  • Willing to learn — open to training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Detail-oriented — especially important for checking work (QAQC) and estimating project costs.
  • Responsible and dependable — able to follow through with tasks and timelines.
  • Can work under pressure and has a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both office and site teams.

4. Bonus Traits (Nice to Have but Not Required):

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, EPlan, or other electrical design tools.
  • Internship or school project exposure related to electrical construction or design.
  • Interest in working in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
