Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment and facility needs. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local codes. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed. Support the implementation of ISO or other quality management systems. Cost and Efficiency Optimization Analyze production costs and implement methods for cost reduction. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve productivity. Monitor energy usage and implement conservation measures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical product manufacturing. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and industrial equipment. Experience with AutoCAD or other design/drafting software is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, IEC). #J-18808-Ljbffr
