  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements aligned with US GAAP
  • Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Perform variance analysis, margin reviews, and cost analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cashflow
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to create management dashboards
  • Support month-end close activities: accruals, basic reconciliations, schedules
  • Prepare KPI summaries and internal management reports
  • Partner with U.S. stakeholders for ad hoc reporting and analyses

  • Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in accounting or FP&A

  • Working knowledge of US GAAP (experience with US clients strongly preferred)
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling basics
  • Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Confident communication skills when working with U.S. teams
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadline

  • Prior involvement in month-end close or U.S. GAAP reporting
  • Experience in a U.S. company, BPO, or shared services environment
