PLANNER / SCHEDULER Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Design and develop project schedule.
  • Interact with project team and managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from original plan.
  • Monitoring project timeline and deadlines.
  • Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner.
  • Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on-time.
  • Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
  • Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture or any equivalent
  • Must have minimum of one (1) year working experience in an Interior Fit Out construction.
  • Must be willing to be assigned at Makati City
  • Must have extensive knowledge in Primavera.
  • Have deadline-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Scheduling and Monitoring.
  • Coordination and Resource management.
  • Reporting & Compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
