Education:

  • At least graduate of a 2-year course
  • Preferably a college graduate with experience in laboratory processes

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company set-up
  • Preferably with experience in people handling

Technical Skills:

  • Solid technical knowledge in laboratory setup or chemical handling
  • Ability to solve technical issues (with MTCE/Engineering support if needed)
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Capable of handling people
