Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with company policies, and effective production management. Oversees KPI performance, audits, manpower allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Acts as a link between operators and supervisors, facilitating communication, problem resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control KPIs (yield, purity, productivity, materials consumption).
  • Ensure procedures and quality standards are followed; conduct process audits.
  • Support auditors during internal and external audits; implement corrective actions.
  • Manage manpower allocation and ensure compliance with work instructions
  • Lead daily production meetings and coordinate with support functions.
  • Supervise maintenance operations and contribute to production program planning.
  • Appraise, coach, and develop operators; reward or address performance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a 2-year course graduate
  • With 2 years' experience in a manufacturing setup.
  • Preferably a college graduate with laboratory process
  • Has people management experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of laboratory setup or chemical handling.
  • Problem-solving ability with engineering/maintenance support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bataan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
