Job Summary:

The Lab IPP In-Charge is responsible for overseeing laboratory-based Intermediate Product Processing (IPP) operations during the shift. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. The position involves daily supervision of lab operators, process monitoring, audits, and people management to support plant competitiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Chemical engineering graduate or a Licensed Chemist/Chemical Technician
• With experience in handling chemicals
• With experience in laboratory process
• Has people management experience.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of laboratory setup or chemical handling.
• Problem-solving ability with engineering/maintenance support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
