URGENT HIRING FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

WORK FROM HOME (TUESDAY TO FRIDAY)

SALARY: 20,000 PER MONTH

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • 1–2 years experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, or business development (BPO or VA experience is an advantage)
  • Experience handling outbound and inbound calls, emails, or chat outreach
  • Background in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus

Core Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to qualify leads and identify potential clients
  • Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple leads and schedules
  • Time management and self-discipline in a remote work setup

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Familiar with email automation tools and calendar scheduling
  • Comfortable using VOIP/dialer systems
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey is an advantage

Work Requirements

  • Stable internet connection and noise-free workspace

  • Can meet daily/weekly appointment or lead conversion targets
