URGENT HIRING FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS
WORK FROM HOME (TUESDAY TO FRIDAY)
SALARY: 20,000 PER MONTH
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- 1–2 years experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, or business development (BPO or VA experience is an advantage)
- Experience handling outbound and inbound calls, emails, or chat outreach
- Background in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus
Core Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to qualify leads and identify potential clients
- Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple leads and schedules
- Time management and self-discipline in a remote work setup
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiar with email automation tools and calendar scheduling
- Comfortable using VOIP/dialer systems
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey is an advantage

- Professional, confident, and courteous in client interactions
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejections
- Proactive and willing to learn new sales tools and processes
Work Requirements
- Stable internet connection and noise-free workspace
- Ability to work on flexible schedules or different time zones
- Can meet daily/weekly appointment or lead conversion targets
