What you'll be doing

  1. Conducts regular visit on site operations to observe compliance and further introduce improvements on maintenance and garage activities.
  2. Consolidate, analyze and creates technical reports on trucks, MHEs and garage developments.
  3. Develop and implement standard procedures for various area of operations regarding truck and equipment maintenance and garage activities.
  4. Leads the CapEx projects of the whole group, from establishment of requirements, planning, AACE creation, PR-PO, coordination, execution, documentary compliance and maintenance.
  5. Initiates synergy and immersion activities to ensure continuous operations and services.
  6. Provides support on sites for related requirements on IT, Procurement Group, and Legal departments.
  7. Monitors encoding and submission compliance of site personnel on needed reports and monitoring files.
  8. Standardize forms and templates for use of site operations.
  9. Monitors the maintenance activity, fuel consumption, RFID consumption and movement of the Tool-of the-Trade-Vehicles of the group.
  10. Extends technical support to Tool-of-the-Trade-Vehicles of other departments in SMILSI.
  11. Monitors insurance activity of accidented units particularly on issuance of repair estimate and repair timeline once lodged to service provider.
  12. Lead in the developments and improvements on SMILSI's truck marshalling sites
  13. Ensure all expenses related to maintenance and garage are within the approved budget.
  14. Collaboration and coordination with SMILSI's service providers for the improvement of technologies and methods for the various operations.
  15. Establish standards and KPIs in collaboration with the Data and Analytics Engineer.
  16. Performs other functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  2. Must have a technical knowledge - a strong understanding of automotive systems, diesel engines, and repair techniques
  3. Knows how to assess physical conditions rating of trucks and material handling equipment
  4. Must be able to communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, upper management, and customers
  5. Must know how to generate management and technical report related to trucks, equipment and garage
