Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Business ByDesign Finance and Accounting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing our SAP Business ByDesign system with a specific focus on finance and accounting modules. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, SAP Business ByDesign platform expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance financial operations and support organizational goals.

This position is ideal for candidates based in the Manila Metro Area, Philippines working the hours of 5:00 am - 2:00 pm local time.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range of this position is PHP1,769,760 to PHP to PHP 2,064,720 annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position after successfully completing 6-months of employment.

The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• System Management:
  Maintain and support the SAP Business ByDesign finance and accounting modules, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Financial Analysis:
  Analyze financial processes and requirements to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Customization and Configuration:
  Configure and customize the SAP Business ByDesign finance and accounting modules to meet business needs and requirements.
• Data Management:
  Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the SAP Business ByDesign system, particularly in financial records.
• Reporting and Analytics:
  Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• User Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to finance and accounting end-users, addressing any system-related issues or queries.
• Project Management:
  Lead and participate in SAP Business ByDesign finance-related implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Compliance and Security:
  Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting within SAP Business ByDesign.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the SAP Business ByDesign finance modules.

Education and Experience

Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP S4/HANA, with a focus on finance and accounting modules, including system configuration, customization, and support.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign finance and accounting modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Financial Expertise:
  Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and practices.
• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions.
• Project Management:
  Experience in managing finance-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Training Skills:
  Ability to conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
• Attention to Detail:
  High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial configurations and data.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Business ByDesign experience.
• Migration from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S4/HANA.
• Experience with financial data integration and migration.
• Knowledge of business process management and improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and related technologies.
