About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep technical expertise and leadership skills to join our mechanical design team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in mechanical systems, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. This role will be crucial in delivering high-quality mechanical engineering designs and ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform detailed mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical services.
  • Conduct mechanical load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for major project deliverables.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, layouts, and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs meet applicable codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
  • Lead design reviews, participate in project coordination meetings, and support site inspections as needed.
  • Provide technical mentorship and supervision to junior mechanical engineers and support staff.
  • Support construction phases, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and project close-out activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) – preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building/MEP design, industrial facilities, or mechanical systems consulting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical calculation tools.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
  • Experience in supervising teams and mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
