Job Responsibilities:

  1. Expense Review and Approval Management

  2. Responsible for the preliminary review and compliance check of the company's daily expenses, including travel, office, marketing, and procurement requests.

  3. Review expense request forms, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company financial policies and budget regulations.
  4. Provide timely feedback and modification suggestions for unreasonable expense applications.

  5. Budget Execution and Monitoring

  6. Verify that expense applications are within the allocated budget; report or justify any over-budget requests.

  7. Track the budget execution progress of each department, compile monthly expense reports, and analyze the reasons for cost fluctuations.
  8. Assist departments in planning and managing expenses to avoid sudden increases or waste.

  9. Expense Data Recording and Reporting

  10. Maintain expense approval logs and electronic records to ensure clear documentation and complete filing.

  11. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense and budget comparison reports for management reference.

  12. Process and Policy Optimization

  13. Assist in developing and optimizing expense approval systems and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.

  14. Help train relevant departments to understand expense control procedures and policy requirements.

  15. Internal Coordination and Support

  16. Communicate effectively with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Administration departments to ensure a smooth expense approval process.

  17. Support audit or inspection work by providing required approval documents and records.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field;
  • Prefer can speak Mandarin to support our client.
  • At least 2 years of experience in expense review, accounting, or a related position;
  • Familiar with daily corporate expense management processes; experience in budget or cost control is an advantage;
  • Proficient in Excel and other office software; experience with expense reimbursement or ERP systems preferred;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong communication skills.
