Onsolar is a Makati-based solar energy solutions provider founded in 2021, with 10 employees and 5 offices nationwide. We deliver residential, commercial, and industrial solar systems through direct importation, strong engineering execution, and fast after-sales support. As we scale aggressively, we are strengthening our internal systems—starting with HR.
Role OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on HR Staff to manage day-to-day HR operations for our Makati HQ and support multi-branch growth. This is an execution role, not advisory. You will own recruitment, employee documentation, compliance, and internal HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Prepare and manage employee contracts, personnel files, and HR records
- Monitor probationary status, regularization, and exit processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and commissions with accounting
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and Philippine labor standards
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and incident reports
- Maintain HR trackers and reports (headcount, hiring status, leaves, performance)
- Support management with HR data, reports, and process improvements
- Help standardize HR policies, templates, and procedures for scaling operations
- Manage payroll and attendance online with KAMI app
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years HR or admin-HR experience
- Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and DOLE requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growing company
- An operator, not a passive HR
- Someone who executes, follows through, and keeps systems clean
- Comfortable supporting management and enforcing policies when needed
