Job Summary

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Human Resources operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining strong employee relations. The role requires an experienced HR generalist with solid ER expertise and the capability to support both local and foreign employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and policy implementation.
  • Lead Employee Relations activities such as grievance handling, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions following due process.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate HR-related requirements and transactions involving foreign national employees.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff and assist management in HR decision-making.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and compliance materials for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all HR dealings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience, with strong Employee Relations background.
  • 2 years Supervisory experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience supporting HR transactions for foreign national employees.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week onsite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and work independently.
