Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute customer statements, aging reports, invoices, and other billing-related documents accurately and on time.
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices in accordance with company policies, contracts, purchase orders, and applicable billing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all client communications related to billing, collections, disputes, and payment arrangements.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances using various communication channels (email, phone, and mail) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and investigate variances to ensure accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly collection reports, aging of receivables, sales reports, and other management-required reports.
  • Analyze billing and collection data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all collection activities in the accounting/billing system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal professionally with clients, vendors, and third parties.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting systems.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
