Job Purpose:

To provide professional nursing care to employees, promote occupational health and safety, and support HR and safety-related administrative functions. The Occupational Health Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being of workers and compliance with workplace health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers.
  • Participate in maintaining occupational health and safety programs.
  • Act as a First Aider and respond to workplace emergencies.
  • Support HR administrative activities related to health and safety.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
  • Promote wellness and health education among employees.

Requirements:

  • Education : Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A registered Nurse with a valid license.
  • Preferably has an OHNAP BOSH certification.
  • With experience as an occupational nurse and exposure in a manufacturing setting.
  • Must have First Aid & Basic Life Support Training.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
