Job Summary:

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing immediate medical attention, first aid treatment, and health support to employees and park guests. The role also involves promoting health and safety awareness within the park premises and ensuring compliance with health standards and protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees and park visitors as needed.
  • Assess and monitor the condition of injured or ill individuals and recommend further medical attention when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of patients treated within the park.
  • Ensure that the clinic and medical supplies are clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections in the park premises.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, emergency services, and medical professionals for referrals or serious cases.
  • Assist in implementing health and wellness programs for park employees.
  • Support HR and Safety Departments in monitoring and reporting occupational health concerns.
  • Provide health education and safety reminders to staff during operations.
  • Participate in emergency drills and safety training.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for nurses.
  • Preferably with Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training certifications.
  • Experience in first aid or emergency response (experience in an industrial, resort, or outdoor environment is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shift schedules depending on park operations and events.
