Overview: The HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) Specialist supports the efficient and consistent delivery of HR services by handling day-to-day HR operations within the Shared Services environment. This role focuses on transactional HR support, process execution, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to ensure a positive employee and stakeholder experience.
A. HR Service Delivery and Operations
- Provide end-to-end support for HR SSC services, including employee data management, onboarding and offboarding support, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring adherence to service level standards.
B. Process Standardization and Improvement
- Execute standardized HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the SSC.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and turnaround time.
C. Stakeholder Support and Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery.
D. HR Systems and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Support the effective use of HR technology platforms and tools for case management, reporting, and service delivery.
- Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for operational tracking and analysis.
E. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and monitor HR SSC performance metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and service quality.
- Prepare regular reports to support operational reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
F. Continuous Improvement and Team Collaboration
- Participate in process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support team training, cross-skilling, and knowledge-sharing activities within the HR SSC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
- Experience working with HRIS and service delivery tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
