Overview: PRD Prime Concept and Design Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products, while also maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other business units (export, local items, machining, and fabrication/construction) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Must have a construction experience knowing different type of materials.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
