Job Description:

  • Monitor daily dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely fulfillment of delivery or service requirements.
  • Assign drivers and trucks based on routes, and operational priorities.
  • Track and update dispatch status in real time, resolving delays or route issues proactively
  • Perform GPS monitoring to ensure route compliance, safety, and on-time movement of trucks.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders such as the Allocation Team, Hubs, and Warehouse to provide updates and address operational concerns.
  • Coordinate with Repair & Maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability, readiness, and timely release from repairs.
  • Prepare dispatch and trip reports, highlighting KPIs such as trip count, utilization rate, turnaround time, and on-time performance.
  • Validate driver availability, schedules, and attendance to avoid manpower gaps.
  • Manage truck assignment records, trip documents, and dispatch logs for audit readiness.
  • Escalate critical incidents such as breakdowns, delays, or route deviations to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, transport coordination and logistics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Logistics Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
