Inventory Associate

About the role

You will be responsible for accurately tracking and maintaining our inventory, ensuring efficient stock management and timely order fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

1. Receive, unpack, and process incoming inventory items, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage
2. Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify stock trends and potential shortages
3. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely reordering and replenishment of supplies
4. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate records
5. Assist in the preparation and shipment of customer orders, ensuring items are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
6. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area to optimize space utilization
7. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an inventory or retail management role, preferably in a retail environment
2. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills to ensure accurate inventory counts and records
3. Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
8. Graduate of BSBA in Accounting Management/Finance or related field
