Job Summary:

The IT Associate provides technical support and assistance in maintaining the company's IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and supports users in resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, peripherals, and basic network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist in user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
  • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and service logs.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
  • Assist in basic system upgrades and IT projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or college level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, office applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to provide on-site support when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
