About the role

LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC. is seeking a talented CPA Accountant to join our team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As a CPA Accountant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services to support our growing real estate business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
  2. Conducting financial analysis and producing detailed financial reports for management
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  4. Providing guidance and support to the finance team on accounting-related matters
  5. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  6. Participating in special projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
  2. Strong proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  6. Experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is highly desirable
