Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell school supplies, office furniture, and other related products to walk-in, online, and institutional clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
  • Verify and validate stores, companies, or clients to ensure transactions are legitimate.
  • Conduct actual visits to client stores or offices when needed to confirm business credibility.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain updated client records and sales reports.
  • Assist in product display, price updates, and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and attentive to detail, especially in verifying client information.
  • Willing to conduct on-site verification visits when necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
