About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Infinx Health Philippines INC as a Team Leader-Healthcare BPO. In this full-time role, you will be based in Iloilo Western Visayas and play a key part in leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
  2. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling escalations and resolving complex issues
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of team goals, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  6. Foster a positive, customer-centric team culture and promote a continuous learning environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 4 years' experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the healthcare or BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong leadership abilities, with the proven capacity to motivate and develop a team
  4. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Proficient in data analysis and performance management
  6. Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry standards
