Key Responsibilities:

· Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and safe, and implementing security measures.

· Sales and Performance: Monitoring sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets.

· Policy Implementation: Enforcing company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to management.

· Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and upper management.
