URGENTLY SEEKING: Retail Sales - Area Supervisor (Food)

We are looking for a roving area supervisor who can supervise our multiple mall-based branches. Responsibilities include:

  1. To ensure that the branches assigned reaches their sales quota

  2. To organize staff schedules so that our stores open on time

  3. To audit store inventory and ensure all paperworks are completed accurately and timely

  4. To coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees in their job duties (e.g., selling, marketing, customer service)

  5. To deliver small products and documents to the store, and keep the shop clean

  6. To strictly ensure that you and the sales staff follow the company's rules and regulations

Requirements. You should have the following profile:

  • No age limit or college degree needed. But must have at least two (2) years' experience in sales or supervising staff.
  • Experience in food, beverage, hotel, restaurant industry preferred
  • Sales and results oriented with excellent communication and training skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, honest, trustworthy and can work with limited supervision. Can do reports.
  • This is a roving position: You must be willing to travel from Ortigas Center, Pasig to 2-3 branches per day, every day. Transportation cost to the first store to the last store is reimbursable. Target shops are in the South area.
  • One (1) full-time position available: This position is for direct-hire. Regularization awaits and depends on good performance and conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
