Territory Sales Supervisor

The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability within the assigned area through effective territory management, client engagement, and market development. The role covers the full sales cycle—from lead generation and order coordination to collection and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular fieldwork and client visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects to address their needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, and After-Sales to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Identify and expand product categories and market reach within the assigned territory.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure proper collection management and compliance with company sales and operational procedures.
- Must be familiar with the Isabela area or preferably a resident of Isabela to ensure effective territory coverage and client engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
