Position Description:

  • ​We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our growing team.
  • The L1 Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.​​

Qualifications:

  • Can speak, read, and write in English and Japanese Language.
  • Candidates must have technical support or service desk experience
  • Native Japanese with PRV who don't need a working visa residing in PH
  • Non-native Japanese who is permanently residing here in PH
  • Fluent in Japanese & English
  • Customer Service & Support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
