About the Role:

We are looking for a
dedicated Japanese-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent
to join our dynamic team. You'll provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients via
phone, email, and chat
. If you're passionate about helping people and have a flair for technical troubleshooting, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in
    Japanese and English
    .
  • Handle technical issues and troubleshoot
    Windows & M365
    related problems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through multiple channels.
  • Assist with Help Desk / IT services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in
    Japanese and English
    (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Technical support or service desk experience is required.
  • Customer service oriented, detail-focused, and strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with
    Windows
    and
    Microsoft 365
    .
