Job Description:

We are searching for an Office Engineer to join our capable team of professionals. You will be tasked to maintain an organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs. You will be providing technical and administrative information to all parties involved in the project.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed plans for assigned tasks.
  • Review and verify coordination of design and quality calculations of plan details.
  • Assist in preparing of pre-qualification bid/tender.
  • Prepare technical documents.
  • Prepare submittals and technical proposals.
  • Overseas and manages the daily activities of the assigned project.
  • Assist in letter, correspondence, email, minutes of meetings, report and research.
  • Prepare work schedule adjustment, site inventory, safety and quality checking.
  • Administer contractor's work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
  • Inspect work sites, monitor project schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
  • Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
  • Answering questions, record requests and complaints.
  • Attend project meetings.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
  • Proven experience as an Office Engineer.
  • With expertise in AutoCAD.
  • With expertise in record keeping.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Ability to drive and with driver's license.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
