POSITION: SEC COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

SALARY: PHP25,000 - PHP30,000

WORK SET-UP: FULL ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented SEC Compliance Specialist to manage corporate filings, amendments, and regulatory documentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of corporate governance requirements and can ensure timely submission of all compliance-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file all SEC submissions, including:
  • GIS (General Information Sheet)
  • AFS (Audited Financial Statements)
  • Amendments to AOA, By-laws, company name, purposes, officers, address, and capital structure
  • Coordinate with the SEC to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, permits, and filings.
  • Monitor deadlines, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements affecting the company.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Assist in compliance audits and corporate governance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years experience in SEC filings, corporate registration, or compliance work.
  • Strong understanding of SEC processes and corporate documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DTI, BIR, LGU permits, or other regulatory filings is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and legal documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
