WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?

  • Performs administrative and office support activities for the company and client.
  • Prepare, draft, and file documentary requirements in relation to AEP, 9G, SWP, permit extensions, and other related documents to process for clients.
  • Follow up and secure the process of working permit AEP and other documents of clients with DOLE.
  • Responsible for pickup and delivery of necessary documents.
  • Responsible for issuing and receiving transmittal copies to clients and management.
  • Monitor, make reports, and update the immediate supervisor on the status of the transactions/operations of clients in relation to the assigned task.
  • Shall act under the authority of the management.
  • Expect to act in a professional and ethical manner in the interest of the management.
  • Not authorized to make any kind of commitment for collaboration unless directed by the management.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager and/or OCIC management.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to negotiate favorable outcomes in conflict situation
  • Must be analytical and solution-driven individual
  • Can work with less supervision but is result-oriented and has a good time management ability.
