We are seeking a skilled and practical Architectural Designer to join our integrated team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our design vision and on-site construction, ensuring our projects are well-designed, accurately documented, and built efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Design: Assist in developing practical design solutions and preparing detailed planning submission packages.
  • Technical Drawings: Produce accurate and buildable construction drawings, details, and specifications using Revit.
  • Site Coordination: Regularly coordinate with the site team to monitor progress, resolve design queries, and ensure construction aligns with the design intent.
  • Consultant & Trade Coordination: Liaise with structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants. Coordinate with trade contractors to integrate their work into the design.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a design-build or design-and-make environment.
  • Proven experience in producing technical construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on buildability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
