Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role for PaperMoon Cafe based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. As a Marketing Manager, you will strategize and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's brands and increase customer engagement. Key responsibilities include market research, campaign planning, social media advertising, content creation, and fostering brand development. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Content Marketing
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Research
  • Competence in Team Collaboration, Leadership, and Communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the food and restaurant industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
