Sales Lead

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives targeting the company's clients in Australia
- Set clear team goals, quotas, KPIs, and activity targets; monitor and drive performance to consistently achieve or exceed targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and close new business
- Support team members with deal strategy, objection handling, proposal development, and closing complex opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Sales Executives as the team scales
- Track and report on team performance, pipeline forecasts, and key metrics using CRM and sales tools
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and large opportunities
Qualification
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Technology solutions to the Australian market, with at least 5 years in a leadership or team management role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (individual and team)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills; able to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach — willing to roll up sleeves and close deals when needed
- Comfortable working remotely and leading a team operating in the Australian time zone
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and solutions is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
