QUALFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in a real estate company; but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to plan, strategize, and deliver effective presentations
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruits and consistently develops a results-driven network of Broker Associates to effectively strengthen the company's broker channel and sustainably drive revenue growth
  • Supports brokers by promptly and professionally addressing all sales-related concerns and inquiries
  • Creates, plans, and executes sales activities that directly and consistently generate sales
  • Conducts sales presentations, briefings, and orientations confidently and persuasively for brokers and clients
  • Monitors competitors' activities, project offerings, and market movements regularly and accurately reports significant developments to management
  • Identifies emerging markets and potential market shifts proactively while remaining fully informed of new products, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborates with the sales team to ensure alignment with company standards, policies, and performance expectations
  • Tracks, evaluates, and consistently achieves monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
