The Broker Relations Associate serves as the point of contact for broker and in-house seller accreditation process. The role is responsible and accountable in the effective coordination of the sales report of brokers and on the accurate computation of brokers commission, monitoring of property availability and reservation status, and encoding of buyer's basic information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures broker and seller's compliance and completion of accreditation requirements
  • Timely and accurate management of property availability, reservations status and sales report
  • Accurate and up-to-date encoding of buyer's basic information using the SAP system
  • Proper and timely notification and coordination with the other concerned departments about property availability, reservations, and settlement of trip and advertisement expenses
  • Timely response to all broker or seller's concerns, requests and inquiries and forwarding to concerned departments

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience as a Broker Relations Associate
