JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Technical Recruitment Specialist
to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various AppDev, software, and IT-related roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical recruiting, with the ability to engage and attract skilled professionals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1.Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

  • Proactively source and attract highly qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions by utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, as well as developing creative sourcing strategies; and build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates to meet the organization's long-term hiring needs.

2.Candidate Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial screening interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, technical skills, and desired candidate profiles, and schedule and coordinate technical interview.

3.Onboarding Coordination:

  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, assisting with documentation, and endorsing to training team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced or growing technology organization.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., software developers, engineers, data scientists).
  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape, including common programming languages, development methodologies, and technical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and candidates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.

  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Preferably with experience working in a tech company or with a technology-focused recruitment firm.

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM
