Job description:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for designated key clients. Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships by understanding the client's needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Responsible for managing the entire sales process for their key accounts, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction post-sale. This involves developing account plans, setting sales targets, and executing strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Develops strategic plans for each key account to maximize revenue and profitability. They analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address the client's specific needs.
- Works closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products or services to key accounts. Collaboration is key to delivering value and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Negotiates contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships. They also manage contract renewals and amendments as needed.
- Acts as a problem-solver, addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, resolving billing disputes, or coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Tracks and analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate regular reports to management on key account performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the value proposition offered to key accounts, whether through product/service enhancements, process improvements, or additional support/resources.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- A degree holder in Business, Economics and other related courses.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Above average Numerical and Analytical skills
- Has relevant leadership and supervisory experience of not less than 2 years
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
