  • Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns that effectively promote the brand and services across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Linked In.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are engaging, relevant and innovative.
  • Schedule posts on different Social Media platforms using META Business suite.
  • Responsible for creating designs for brochures and event collaterals such as tarpaulins, graphic ads, HR related events (External and Internal)
  • Work closely with Marketing Coordinator.
  • Direct live events and live coverage on Facebook and YouTube.
  • Knowledgeable of OBS Studio Software for Live Coverage.
  • Coordinate with third party suppliers, photographers and coordinators to ensure seamless live coverage.
  • Accepts calls during Sundays or Rest days for possible urgent service advisories
  • Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, reels, and short-forms videos, tailored to each platform and optimized for user engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in some department to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute social media coverage for brand events, including live event (FB live), and post-event highlights to maximize visibility and community engagement.

Skills requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or any related field.
  • Graphic Design experience is a plus.
  • Must have basic to pro knowledge in content scheduling and creation.
  • Content creation skills from video editing to writing engaging captions.
  • Knowledgeable of presenting and reading metrics like reach, engagement, views
  • Proficiency in Social Media tools (META Business suite, Notion, ASANA & Google Calendar)
  • Internship or Freelance work in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
  • Must have portfolio showcasing past works of Graphic Design
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
  • Collaborative spirit, eager to learn.
