Main Duty:

To create engaging content on InterBiz' services focusing on Real Estate Services for its social media presence, while keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Conduct online market research on start-up foreign/local companies and existing companies overseas who will expand business in the Philippines
  • Gather and tap local and international clients thru social media
  • Creates dynamic online written, graphic, and video content on the company's website and social media accounts
  • Develop large social media campaigns on the major services InterBiz offers
  • Interact with customers thru various web/social media platforms
  • Prepare online sales and marketing materials to augment the company's presence in the market.
  • Lead Generations
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Update spreadsheets and databases
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks

Requirements

·       At least 1 year experience required

·       Excellent knowledge in social media

·       Good understanding of marketing principles

·       Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

·       Strong communication and people skills

·       Demonstrable ability to multi-task

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·       BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

·       Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
