Project Name: North South Commuter Railway - CP02

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
  • Conduct site inspection and daily photographs
  • Prepare documents like method statements, inspection request, non-conformance and others
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractor's activity, manpower, equipment and tools
  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and three months schedule
  • Can read drawings
  • Prepare estimates
  • Attend inspection with client and consultant
  • Understand the basic safety regulations and apply it for construction site
  • Calculate quantities of materials to be used at the construction site

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with License
  • At least 3 years working experience in construction or the same field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work from Monday to Saturday (Sunday or Holiday if needed) as well as shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work as Project-based Employee
  • Willing to be assign at different project sites.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
