About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the SUPER CANDY CORPORATION' as a Maintenance Engineer. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's production facilities in Malolos City, Bulacan. Your role will be critical in maintaining the company's high standards of quality and productivity. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all production equipment and machinery
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
  3. Implementing scheduled maintenance programs and monitoring equipment performance
  4. Collaborating with the production team to identify and address any maintenance-related concerns
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  6. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  7. Providing technical support and training to production personnel as required

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  5. Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and predictive maintenance techniques
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and environmental standards
